Information submitted
Contact inquiries may include a name, email, optional phone and organization, inquiry type, subject, message, and consent. The information is used to review and respond to the inquiry. It may be stored in the private Supabase message table and optionally delivered through Resend.
Administration and service providers
Supabase may provide database, authentication and media storage, while Vercel may host the website. Authorized administrators use authentication cookies. These services are governed by their own terms and configurations.
RIT Smart Assistant
The assistant is local and deterministic. It matches each question against curated and published website information and does not send questions to OpenAI or another generative AI provider.
Retention and requests
Information should be retained only for an operationally justified period. Use the contact form for a privacy question or request. Verified direct contact details can be added here later.
Cookies
The public site uses local browser storage for language and theme preferences. Authenticated administration uses necessary Supabase session cookies. No non-essential analytics is enabled by default, so no marketing cookie banner is shown.
